Issues with Docking station -> Laptop -> Sleep (power setting)

I have a bunch of Lenovo laptops working in Docking stations..
I have a GPO that tells the computers to 'Sleep' if they dont use the machine for 30 minutes.

Hibernation is set to 3 hours.. and nobody ever reaches that.

Now here is the problem.. when the computers to go sleep in the docking station.
Users Arent able to wake them Again using their USB keyboard and mouse..
They physically need to either open the lid.. or press the 'turn on' button on the docking station.

It is very annoyning and I know for a fact it isn 't suppose to be like this.
Or at least can be different.

What could prevent wake on computers from usb inputs?

Are you sure the device connect to the sleeping station are allow to wake the computer?

Follow this

Right click on the usb mouse (i.e. HID-compliant mouse) icon and select 'Properties'.

Once you are in the usb mouse properties menu, select the 'Power Management' Tab, there is an option for 'Allow this device to wake the computer', make sure you select that.
